Happy, Healthy, Resilient Kids
Hypnotherapy uses imagination and play to help children manage worries, overcome fears, build resilience, and discover their inner strengths.
Every child faces challenges as they grow, whether it’s worries, sleep struggles, or habits that feel hard to change. Clinical hypnosis provides a safe, evidence-based approach to help children manage stress, build resilience, and develop healthier coping skills. Through play, stories, relaxation, and positive suggestions, hypnotherapy offers a gentle, natural way for children to tap into their imagination and inner strength—enabling them to feel calmer, more confident, and better prepared to handle life’s ups and downs. Parents are also involved in the process, receiving tools and strategies they can use at home to continue supporting their child’s progress. Hypnotherapy can complement other health and wellness strategies, offering well-rounded support for a child’s growth.
Hypnosis for children is provided on specific days during the week. Some children 10 and older can be seen online. This is evaluated on a case by case basis. Please book a complimentary consultation with Tara to ask questions and book a session.
