During this first session, you'll collaborate on a personalized hypnotherapy plan tailored to your specific goals. You’ll also use the Client Portal for future session bookings and to stay connected with your hypnotherapist throughout your care.
Laying the Foundation for Change
Your first appointment—often called the initial assessment—is a foundational step in your hypnotherapy journey. This session is designed to give you the opportunity to explore how well we might work together, and for us to begin building the trust and understanding essential for effective change.
During this 90 minute appointment, you'll have the space to share the details of your goals, challenges, and expectations. It’s also a time for you to ask questions, clarify any concerns, and experience how hypnotherapy may support your growth. Just as every person is unique, so too should be the approach we take.
The insights gained during the assessment allow us to collaboratively create a personalized, strategic plan tailored to your specific needs. This clarity sets the tone for future sessions, ensuring that each one moves you closer to meaningful, lasting outcomes.
