It’s also a time for you to ask questions, clarify any concerns, and experience how hypnotherapy may support your growth. Just as every person is unique, so too should be the approach we take.

No, you are billed per session, and pricing is based on the package you've chosen. However, to help maintain momentum and results, we recommend using your sessions consistently, as spacing them too far apart can reduce effectiveness. Full details on suggested timelines and spacing of sessions will be discussed together with your hypnotherapist.
Can I split sessions between practitioners?
In most cases, we recommend working with one primary practitioner to ensure continuity and a strong therapeutic relationship.
However, if there’s a specific reason to involve another practitioner (availability, specialization, etc.), we’re happy to discuss options and make a plan that supports your goals.
What is the cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee. This helps us respect our practitioners’ time and availability for all clients.
